Mould Quality
In order to make sure the mould quality, Taizhou Junsun Plastic Mould Co.,Ltd. will make all round analysis and inspection of both product design and mould design, such as plastic mould structure and movement feasibility, all the related plastic components matching situation etc. It can avoid amendment, scrap and other unnecessary plastic mould repairing, which are caused by product design problem. We believe 10 more minutes spend on design, we may can save 1 month mould production time.
We also do mould intensity analysis, mold-flow analysis, mould ejection, cooling system, rationality of guiding system, application of plastic mould spare parts' specification, customers' machine selection and special requirement application, etc.
Mould Check Before Shipment
1) Is the mould clean?
2) Is the mould faces free from corrosion?
3) Does the mould size fit to customer's
injection machine?
4) Does the lifting eye bolts corrected seated?
5) Is ejection system (ejectors, lifters and slides etc.) have good function and moving freely?
6) Does the cooling channel designed well? What's the diameter of the cooling channel? Does every water line marked IN or OUT?
7) Does the locating ring dimension if is correct?
8) Does the R of sprue bush correct?
9)What steel used and what's the hardness? Does it certificated?
10) Does the main mould parts (cavity and core, insert, slider and lifter) have been heated or nitrited?
11) Does the wall thickness even? Is raw material fill balance?
12) Does the electric box wired correctly connected as per injection machine standard?
13) Does the vents opened as mould design?
14) Does the mould is fully automatic running?
15) Validation of effective ejection stroke for proper taking off part.
16) Is there any oil leakage? water leakage?
17) Does the guiding parts working perfect?
Trial Sample Check
1) Is gate position correct?
2) Does the wall thickness even? Is the raw material fill balance ?
3) Does the part free of flash?
4) Does the part free of distortion during ejection?
5) Is the part free from ejector pin marks?
6) Is part free of damage?
7) Does the part match OK?
8) Is polishing glossy and nice?
9) Is part dimension within drawing tolerance?
10) Does part have short molding?
11) Any flow mark, sink marks on the part?
12) Does the parting line obvious to see ?
13) Is part sticking on cavity side?
14) Is wall thickness of part correct?
15) Is marking present on part as per customer request?
16) Are part’s dimensions correct as 2D & 3D drawings? Part measurement report available?
